We want you to feel confident supporting Echelon. If it's not right for you, we'll make it easy to get your money back.

14-Day Guarantee

Any one-time donation or subscription payment (Supporter or Commander tier) made within the last 14 days is eligible for a full refund, no questions asked.

How to Request One

Contact us via our Contact page (Discord or email) with your Stripe receipt number or the email address you paid with. We'll process it right away.

What Happens to Your Account

Refunding a subscription payment immediately reverts your account to the Free tier. You'll keep your campaigns, rosters, and Crusade Cards — you just lose access to Supporter/Commander-only features from that point on.

After 14 Days

We'll still hear you out — reach out and we'll look at it case by case — but a refund is no longer guaranteed.
