Yes, absolutely. We partner with Stripe to handle all billing and transactions. Echelon never sees or stores your credit card details. Stripe is certified PCI DSS Level 1, utilizing top-tier industry security standards to protect your payment details.
If you cancel or downgrade, your existing uploaded custom avatars, roster header banners, and unit photos will remain safely stored and visible in your campaigns. You just won't be able to upload new ones or exceed the free tier's limits until you resubscribe.
Yes. Both Supporter and Commander memberships auto-renew — monthly or annually, whichever you choose. You can manage, pause, or cancel renewal anytime through the Stripe Customer Portal.
You can host 1 active campaign at a time, and join as many campaigns as you like as a player — there's no limit on the friend's-campaign side. Completed campaigns move to your archive after 7 days (30 for Supporter; Commander never auto-archives) and stay there permanently, read-only — nothing is ever deleted.
We offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund on both one-time donations and subscriptions. Contact us via Discord or email and we'll process it immediately. Your account reverts to the Free tier the moment the refund goes through. See our full Refund Policy for details.

Hey! I'm David, and I built Echelon because my gaming group was tired of the spreadsheet chaos dragging down our Crusade campaigns. As a solo developer and Warhammer 40k enthusiast, I wanted to create something that kept the focus where it belongs: on the tabletop battles and the stories of our armies.
