Echelon provides simple and clear participant management tools so Campaign Hosts can organize players, monitor rosters, enforce participant limits, and manage campaign standings.

- Required Subscription: Free Tier (4 players) | Supporter Tier (8 players) | Commander Tier (Unlimited)
- Prerequisites: An active Echelon campaign.
Participant Roles Matrix
In Echelon, users are assigned one of two official campaign roles:

Inviting Players
- Open your campaign and navigate to Participants.
- Click Share Campaign Code.
- Copy the Join Code (e.g.
WAR-40K) or direct invitation link. - Distribute the code to your campaign players.
When players join, their rosters will automatically register in the Campaign Roster Overview.
Host Administrative Controls
In Echelon, player Orders of Battle and Crusade Cards remain private to each player. As Campaign Host, your administrative controls focus on campaign governance:
- Adjust Player RP & Supply: Manually award bonus RP or adjust a player's Supply Limit for narrative achievements or catch-up mechanics.
- Audit Match Logs: Review and edit submitted campaign battle logs to correct scoring or casualty errors.
- Manage Join Codes & Access: Generate join codes, distribute invite links, or remove inactive players from the campaign.
Tier-Based Participant Limits
Participant capacity is determined by the campaign host's subscription tier:
Reaching Participant Capacity
If a Free Host's campaign reaches 4 players, additional players attempting to join will receive a Campaign Full notification. Upgrading the Host's account to Commander Tier instantly unlocks unlimited player slots for all current and future campaigns.
