Reporting Issues & Support
Found a bug, spotted a rule Echelon has wrong, or want something it does not do yet? The Discord is the fastest way to reach me, and other players are usually there too.

Reporting Bugs on Discord
The Discord is the fastest way to get help or report something, both to me and to other campaign hosts.
When posting in the #bug-reports or #feedback channels on Discord, these details make a problem much faster to track down:
- Description: What happened, and what did you expect to happen?
- Steps to Reproduce:
- e.g., 1. Open Roster and go to the Requisitions tab.
- Buy Increase Supply Limit.
- Observe RP balance does not update.
- Device & Browser: Operating system (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android) and browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox).
- Screenshots: Attach a screenshot or screen recording if applicable.
Reporting a wrong rule
The detachment list and detachment rules Echelon fills in, the stratagems and Enhancements marked Official, and your faction's own official Agendas, requisitions, Battle Traits, Battle Scars and Crusade Relics come from community datasets that track an edition still on the move (see Where the data comes from). If one disagrees with your codex, or a detachment you own is missing, post it in #bug-reports with:
- Your faction and detachment, the campaign's edition, and which entry is wrong.
- What the codex says instead, with the book and page, or the FAQ that changed it.
A corrected wording reaches every force that takes that detachment, except one whose player has changed that detachment's rules themselves. A corrected Enhancement cost reaches only forces that gain the Enhancement afterwards: one already on your roster keeps the points it had, the same as a unit. Official entries cannot be edited, and on the free plan neither can a detachment's rules, so a report is how a wrong one gets put right.
Before you report
A few things fix more problems than anything else:
- Force-refresh the page with Ctrl + F5, or Cmd + Shift + R on a Mac. A tab left open across an update keeps running the old version until you do.
- Check you are online.
- If an import failed, check the file is an export from your list builder, as
.json,.rosor.rosz, rather than a PDF or a copy of the text. See Importing Armies.
